Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the Aftersales Team in Huntingdon. You will be the voice of Vindis, delivering high-quality customer service and supporting customers through timely call handling and proactive engagement.

In this role you will manage call volumes, promote service plans, and ensure accurate record-keeping while collaborating with dealerships and internal teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Timely Call Handling: you’ll be first on the line—answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Call Volume Goals: aim for a minimum of 75 calls a day (inbound + outbound).
• Outbound Call Management: complete your allocated outbound calls efficiently.
• Maintenance Booking Ratio: inform customers about due or outstanding services and recommendations.
• Objection Handling: address concerns with confidence and empathy.
• Promoting Service Plans: promote service maintenance plans effectively.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: keep systems and customer records up to date.
• Creating Great Customer Experiences: provide a helpful, consultative, and friendly booking experience.
• Handling Feedback: take feedback seriously and resolve issues with ownership.
• Clear, Friendly Communication: speak in clear terms with no jargon.
