Vindis Group is recruiting for a Parts Advisor at Northampton Audi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, accurate stock management, and collaboration within the aftersales team to ensure smooth flow between departments.

You'll contribute to maintaining stock accuracy, reducing obsolescence, and achieving parts objectives while adhering to training and process standards. Experience in franchised dealerships is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in using Data Management Systems.
• Experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised dealership is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Champion customer service excellence and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and minimise obsolescence.
• Deliver on aftersales processes with training and guidance.
• Develop effective working relationships with wider aftersales team.
• Utilise tools to become a specialist in your area.
