Are you someone who loves keeping things organised, supporting customers, and being at the heart of a busy operation? Our ambitious manufacturing client in Haverhill is looking for a proactive Aftersales Coordinator to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll become a key part of the aftercare function - working closely with customer experience and logistics teams to ensure every order runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also build relationships with global teams and industry customers, becoming the go-to person for parts enquiries and updates.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Raising invoices after purchases and keeping delivery and parts costs updated accurately.
  • Creating quotations and processing orders using a bespoke in-house CRM (full training provided).
  • Helping customers identify the right parts for their needs, becoming an expert before you know it.
  • Managing the full parts-order journey, including bookings and creating shipping documentation for both UK and international shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments and keeping customers updated on progress.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within logistics, manufacturing, or a machinery-based environment.
  • Previous aftersales or coordination experience within a manufacturing setting is ideal.
  • Someone confident on the phone, with a professional and friendly communication style.
  • Great attention to detail and strong data-management skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and develop.
What's In It For You
  • A competitive salary based on experience.
  • Genuine opportunities to grow your career within an expanding business.
  • Pension scheme.
  • A supportive, welcoming team.
  • 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
  • Training programmes and opportunities to travel.
