Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales or Service Advisor roles within the motor trade.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of vehicle service processes and dealership operations.
• Professional and proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
