Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience across parts and service. You will coordinate between workshop and customers, ensuring accurate information flow and timely updates while maintaining high service standards.

The role supports a high-pressure environment and requires strong communication, reliability and a proactive attitude to help Stoneacre stay ahead in customer care and aftersales operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and aim to deliver above customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Minimum of 1 year service advisor experience; training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to workshop technicians.
• Sell parts to retail and trade customers via telephone, online and in person.
• Maintain stock levels, order parts, and manage deliveries and invoicing.
• Liaise with workshop to determine vehicle completion times and relay updates to customers.
• Provide premium customer advice and address complaints per policy.
