Job summary

Stoneacre, a leading UK motor group, is recruiting an Aftersales Advisor in Lancashire. You will deliver top-tier customer service, manage fast information flow between workshop and customer, and contribute to making Stoneacre the Number One motor group.

Salary is £34,000–£40,000 OTE per year with a range of benefits, including training and development, pension, and long service rewards. An enthusiastic, customer-focused approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service advisor experience.
• Experience with RTC & Kerridge /ADP Systems preferred, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent communications skills, by telephone, email and face to face situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to technicians.
• Sell parts to retail and trade customers via telephone, online and in person.
• Maintain stock levels and order parts as required.
• Identify parts using the Electronic Parts Catalogue and our DMS system.
• Communicate effectively with customers to deliver premium advice and satisfaction.
