Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication.
• Willingness to attend manufacturer training and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are distributed to workshop technicians efficiently.
• Sell parts to retail and trade customers by phone, online and in person.
• Maintain stock levels and place orders; manage deliveries.
• Identify required parts using EPC and DMS systems.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm vehicle completion times.
• Update customers regularly on progress and invoice payments.
