Vehicle Aftersales Advisor - Weston-super-Mare

Our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Weston-super-Mare, is currently seeking a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.

Salary and Hours:

• Starting salary up to £26,500 per annum, with potential to earn an additional £9,000 uncapped annual on-target earnings.
• 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm) paid as overtime.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and book vehicles in for repairs, liaising with the workshop to monitor progress.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and process payments for completed work.
• Assist with parts department operations and meet company targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a passion for the automotive industry.
• Good organisational skills and IT proficiency; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is beneficial but not essential.
• UK driving license with minimal points is required.
