We are seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Exeter. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable, and a dedicated team player. Motor trade or retail customer service experience is advantageous but not essential. Your role will involve assisting incoming customers daily and engaging with prospective customers. Good communication and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively within a team.
