Job Title: Aftersales Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Hybrid Working: 1 day working from home

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic Sales team. Role Overview

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the parts sales operation. You will play a key role in processing and managing parts orders through the Epicor system, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and outstanding service. You will take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer and coordinate all parts and accessory orders for assigned customers
  2. Accurately input and manage data in the Epicor ERP system
  3. Communicate effectively with warehouse and distribution teams
  4. Keep customers updated on order status and delivery lead times
  5. Take ownership of customer queries and follow them through to resolution
  6. Identify and support opportunities to improve service processes
  7. Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure GDPR compliance
  8. Produce reports and support informed decision-making using data
What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication
  3. Confident when handling challenging customer queries
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  5. Previous experience in sales, manufacturing, or automotive retail
  6. Analytical and data-driven, with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  7. Fluent in French and/or German
