Job Opportunity: Aftersales Advisor in Street, Somerset

A reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Street, Somerset, is seeking a Vehicle Aftersales Advisor. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and career growth prospects.

Key Details:

• Starting salary up to £28,000 per annum, plus a potential £3,600 annual bonus and overtime.
• 45-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:30 pm).
• Opportunities for career advancement within a long-standing local dealer group.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and book their vehicles in for service or repair work.
• Communicate with the workshop to monitor progress, upsell additional products/services, and keep customers informed.
• Build confident relationships with customers, advising on minor technical issues and ensuring high service standards.
• Achieve company targets and objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Residency within a reasonable commute to Street.
• Recent experience in a customer-focused automotive aftersales role is preferred; candidates from outside the motor trade with strong customer service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and IT proficiency; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Valid UK driving license with minimal points.
