Job Title: Aftersales Advisor

We are currently working with a Main Motorcycle Dealership that is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their growing team. Our client prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times. This position will also involve some Parts Advisor duties.

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

  1. Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
  2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
  4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  5. Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
  6. Update customer and vehicle records.
  7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  8. Prepare and complete invoices.

For this Aftersales Advisor position, you will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working as a Service Advisor.
