Job Opportunity: Aftersales Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor for a main dealership near Oxford.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Interacting face-to-face with customers
2. Booking and scheduling vehicle services and repairs
3. Ordering parts
4. Selling parts and accessories over the counter
5. Estimating time and costs for vehicle services and repairs
6. Ensuring smooth vehicle flow in and out of the workshop
7. Collaborating with the sales department on sold vehicles
8. Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians
9. Updating customers on additional work required
10. Entering warranty claims into the system

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and one in three Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Candidate requirements:

• Interest in the automotive industry
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism

Benefits:

Starting salary at £24,000 basic, depending on experience, plus monthly bonuses.
