Job summary

Lloyd BYD/AllRoad in Carlisle is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to support the Aftersales team with administration, warranty processing, job card pre-checks, service advising and more.

Salary £29,000; Hours 40 per week (08:30–17:00). The role includes training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment at a leading automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Advisor at our Lloyd BYD/AllRoad retailer based in Carlisle.

The is a varied role to support the Aftersales team with administration, warranty processing, job card pre-checks, service advising and more.

Salary: £29,000

Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00

Role responsibilities:

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
