Full-Time | Office-Based | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Overtime

Due to exciting business growth, we’re looking for a Service Advisor (or Senior Service Advisor, depending on experience) to join our service office team at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle.

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for customer service? Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor or someone with strong administration and customer service skills looking to grow in a technical environment — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for customers, in person and over the phone — always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
• Managing service, repair and any other vehicle bookings.
• Acting as a communication bridge between the Service Manager, Technicians and customers — making sure technical work is clearly understood and completed on time.
• Promoting additional service work and repairs where appropriate.
• Handling all relevant service paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly — especially during peak times.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role or strong administration/customer service experience.
• Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills.
• Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
• Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
• Operates as a team player.

Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle (Kingstown Broadway, Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0EF).

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
