Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or with industrial dishwashers
• Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise surfaces, countertops, and food prep areas; dispose of waste properly
• Food Preparation – Assist chefs with basic prep tasks like peeling and slicing
• Inventory Management – Receive, store, and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Health and safety – Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is in working order
