Job description
Your role

As Aftermarket Sales Support you will primarily be based in our Markham Vale offices.

The key the mission is to support the Aftermarket Sales function by managing quotations, conducting site surveys, and ensuring timely follow-up on condition surveys, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Prepare, issue, and actively follow up on tenders and fixed-price quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotations and monitor their status through to closure.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and secure approvals.
  • Ensure all quotations comply with company pricing structures and margin requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys for fixed-price works, ensuring accurate scope definition and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist the Aftermarket Sales team with smaller condition and lifecycle surveys.
  • Document findings clearly and provide input for quotation preparation based on survey results.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services during surveys.
  • Issue comprehensive quotations promptly following completion of condition surveys.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain survey outcomes and proposed solutions.
  • Track and manage follow-up actions to convert survey recommendations into confirmed orders.

To succeed, you will need

Previous experience in a sales support or technical service environment along strong IT skills will be required.

You will also be an excellent communicator with proven customer engagement skills, with some technical understanding and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
