Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager (Aftermarket Sales) to cover the North and Scotland. The role focuses on existing accounts, upgrades, and long-term lifecycle revenue in the combustion sector.

You will work with a dedicated sales booking team and technical staff to drive renewals, spares, and service contracts while building strong client relationships across Food & Beverage, Energy From Waste, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales with recurring revenue models.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify lifecycle revenue opportunities and upgrade prospects.

Responsibilities

• Visit manufacturing facilities, energy centres and industrial sites across the North and Scotland.
• Meet plant managers, maintenance managers and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade boilers, burners and combustion controls.
• Negotiate maintenance agreements and service contract renewals.
• Work with technical engineers to prepare proposals and quotes.
• Develop new accounts while maximizing revenue from existing customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast and report to the MD.
