Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for aftermarket sales covering the North of England and Scotland. Role focuses on growing the existing account base, securing upgrades, maintenance contracts and spares, with strong emphasis on lifecycle revenue and long-term client relationships.

You will visit industrial facilities, meet site leaders, and work with engineers to prepare proposals.

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on recurring revenue.
• Ability to identify and develop lifecycle revenue opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proposal development and negotiation capability.

Responsabilidades

• Visit manufacturing facilities and industrial sites across the North and Scotland.
• Meet plant managers, maintenance managers and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade boilers, burners and combustion controls.
• Negotiate maintenance agreements and service contract renewals.
• Work with technical engineers to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Develop new accounts while maximizing revenue from existing customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting to the Managing Director.
