Job summary

Bromford Housing Group is seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator on a fixed-term contract to April 2027. You will be the main point of contact for customers, developers and colleagues, coordinating repairs and defects to deliver a first-class aftercare service.

This hybrid role involves coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring defects are resolved promptly, and building strong relationships to support customers at a pivotal stage in their journey with Bromford.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or coordination roles.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Good IT skills and driving licence (if required) and willingness to use business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defect resolution and repairs for customers.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, developers and colleagues.
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Liaise with developers to resolve defects in line with contractual requirements and performance standards.
