Job summary

Universal-Business-Team is seeking a Servicing Administrator in Havant, UK. This office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, and offers a salary up to £30,000 DOE with a company bonus. You will support the servicing team, manage bookings, and maintain records to ensure smooth after-sales service.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to coordinate between engineers, warehouse, and sales teams, delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, repair and maintenance requests from booking to completion.
• Schedule engineer visits, workshop repairs and customer call-outs.
• Maintain servicing records, updates, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Respond to customer calls, emails, and after-sales enquiries with professionalism.
• Track outstanding actions and ensure follow-ups are completed.
