Qualifications

• Experience in construction plant or transport industry is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and email communication at all levels.
• Strong customer service ethos with proactive approach.
• Ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated.
• Strong administrative skills with handling engineering information.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls from customers and liaising with service engineers and mobile crane teams.
• Constructing internal and external invoices from supplied information.
• Inputting engineers’ times to build cost bases for invoices and payroll.
• Creating and maintaining machine files and records.
• Identifying improvements to the after-sales administration process.
• Providing information to support invoicing and communications.
