Job summary

Response Personnel is recruiting TIG Welders and Welders/Fabricators on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Dunstable. The role offers a four-day working week with day or night shifts and excellent overtime opportunities. Salary is around £38,305 per annum, with a strong benefits package.

The candidate should have TIG welding experience, be able to read engineering drawings, and ideally have aerospace background. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Previous experience within the Aerospace industry is desirable
• Ability to operate a turntable with foot pedal and a welding chamber (Glove Box)

Responsibilities

• Production of ducting components using metals such as stainless steel, Titanium and Inconel
• TIG welding experience
• Operate a turntable controlled with a foot pedal and the welding chamber (Glove Box)
• Read and understand engineering drawings
