Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd is recruiting Welders and Fabricators / TIG Welders for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Dunstable. Roles are full-time, permanent with day or night shifts and a four-day working week, plus overtime opportunities.

You will produce ducting components from stainless steel, titanium and Inconel, using MIG and TIG welding, read drawings, and obtain/maintain approvals. Previous aerospace experience is desirable. Shift patterns include day and night schedules with premium pay.

Qualifications

• MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Aerospace experience is desirable.
• Experience with ducting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce ducting components using stainless steel, titanium and Inconel.
• Weld using MIG and TIG methods.
• Operate a turntable with a foot pedal and welding chamber (Glove Box).
• Obtain and maintain approval stamps.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in aerospace is desirable.
