Job summary

Safran in Cwmbran, South Wales is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to lead the change control process across multidisciplinary teams in a regulated aerospace environment. You will manage ECRs from review to closure, coordinate the Change Control Board, and ensure change actions meet schedule, cost, and quality targets for world-class seating and cabin products.

Qualifications

• A recognised engineering degree is essential.
• Experience managing product configuration in a regulated environment.
• Strong PLM/ERP knowledge and configuration management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• CM2 Certification or equivalent knowledge of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the engineering change control process across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate evaluation and implementation of engineering change requests (ECR) and manage the Change Control Board.
• Prepare and facilitate change review meetings and monitor implementation activities.
• Report on KPIs, schedule progress and drive continuous improvement across projects.
