Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, marketing technology, SaaS, or technology-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in advertising technologies, measurement solutions, delivery systems, and platform integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to advertising solutions and integrations.
• Escalate product defects and platform issues to engineering and product teams when required and help drive resolution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer support experience while ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to optimise and automate support processes and operational workflows.
• Manage a portfolio of technical support cases, prioritising effectively and working through multiple issues simultaneously.
• Research documentation and knowledge resources to identify solutions and best practices.
• Reproduce and isolate reported issues to determine root causes and recommend fixes.
• Communicate technical findings and resolution steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements, diagnose issues, and explain solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients, commercial teams, engineering teams, and product stakeholders.
