Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Greater London is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across advertising, commerce, and creator products.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Product and Sales to resolve escalations and to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders, while contributing to SOPs and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising or Technology.
• Experience with APIs/REST APIs, SQL, troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
