Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising or Technology.
• Experience with APIs/REST APIs, SQL, troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex advertiser issues and identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, tracking technologies, logs and web integrations.
• Work with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to resolve high-priority escalations.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyse trends and create SOPs/documentation to improve support processes.
