• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

• Build deep technical expertise in client’s advertising products and guide clients and sales teams on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues from client usage of advertising solutions.
• Escalate bugs and system issues to product and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience by managing support for advertising-related issues and SLAs.

What You’ll Do

• Build deep technical expertise in our client’s diverse suite of advertising products and solutions, providing consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising from client usage of advanced advertising solutions.
• Escalate potential bugs and system issues to product and engineering teams, driving timely resolution and improvement.
• Ensure a high-end customer experience by managing support for advertising-related issues and consistently meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting and effective ticket escalation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts and solutions into clear, understandable language for non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with advertising technologies, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
