Job summary

US Tech Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to provide technical support and consultative guidance to largest advertisers and internal Sales teams. You will troubleshoot advertising technology issues, explain complex concepts clearly, and work with Product and Engineering to resolve client problems.

With 3+ years in digital advertising or technology, you will diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and communicate effectively with both engineers and sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or technology.
• Experience with online advertising technologies and ad tech concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and escalating support tickets.
• Strong understanding of online advertising concepts, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.
• Ability to discuss technical topics confidently with developers and software engineers.
• Ability to debug basic code and troubleshoot API-related issues.
• Understanding of APIs, web technologies, and technical integrations.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear business-friendly explanations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across advertising products, including Signals, Measurement, and Delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising solutions.
• Handle approximately 3 new support cases per day and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
• Research internal documentation and reproduce issues to identify root causes.
• Provide clear technical solutions and resolution steps to Sales teams and advertisers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Product and Engineering teams and drive resolution.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support high-quality customer experience while meeting defined SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate support workflows and processes.
• Occasionally participate in client or Sales calls to investigate issues and explain solutions.
