Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Advertising or Technology industries.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with advertising technologies (pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery).
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
Responsibilities
- Build deep technical expertise in client’s advertising products and guide clients and sales teams on best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues from client usage of advertising solutions.
- Escalate bugs and system issues to product and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience by managing support for advertising-related issues and SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.
