Job summary

Zest4Talent are recruiting a Customer Operations Manager for an established and growing company with a long-standing relationship. The role involves leading site operations under the Head of Operations, ensuring KPI-aligned performance and a superior customer journey on a Wed–Sun cycle, with Mon/Tue weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activity at the site under the Head of Operations
• Ensure daily operations meet KPI targets and deliver a premier customer journey
• Manage a 12-month staff rota and report recruitment gaps
• Ensure site compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Lead budgeting and planning for site improvements and maintenance
• Conduct staff reviews and maintain accurate records
• Oversee the Customer Experience team including onsite apprentices
• Support recruitment within the Customer Experience team and for apprenticeships
