Qualifications

• A Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with mental health, autism, and challenging behaviours is advantageous.

• Assist with routines, structure and consistency to help him feel safe and regulated.
• Build positive relationships to support wellbeing and engagement in activities.
