Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Waking Nights Advanced Support Worker in Inverness to provide supportive care to a gentleman with autism, learning disability and anxiety. The role requires a compassionate, reliable person who can maintain routines, build trust, and deliver high-quality support during night shifts.

You will join a forward-thinking charity that funds development, offers training, and pays DBS/PVG costs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health
• Experience with autism and forensic backgrounds
• Able to connect with people and support independent living

Responsibilities

• Help this gentleman with routines, structure and consistency to keep him regulated and safe.
• Build positive relationships and mentor colleagues to share knowledge.
• Support daily activities and social engagement, including preferred hobbies.
• Promote wellbeing through calm, consistent care and reflective practice.
