Job summary

Lincoln College is seeking a Learning & Teaching Advanced Practitioner for Inclusion to foster inclusive practices across the Lincoln College Group, ensuring learners, especially those with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds, can succeed.

You will collaborate with curriculum and support teams to develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices that boost learner outcomes. You will teach 6–8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area, using adaptive methods and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering inclusive teaching and assessment practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
• Ability to evaluate inclusive practices and lead improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices across the Lincoln College Group.
• Lead initiatives to improve behavior, attendance and learner wellbeing.
• Teach 6–8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area.
