Job summary

Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to support students and staff. The role involves 1:1 support for children with additional needs and assisting groups or individuals in class, under the teacher’s direction.

Qualifications

• Good standard of literacy and willingness to be involved in all aspects of school life.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to different classroom needs.
• Experience with SEN support is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 to support children with additional needs.
• Assist the class teacher with groups or individuals in the classroom.
• Support social, emotional or behavioural needs of children.
