Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• Calm and empathetic approach to supporting pupils.
• Effective communication with students, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Promote engagement and positive behaviour in the classroom.
