Job summary

Lincoln College is seeking a Learning & Teaching Advanced Practitioner for Inclusion to foster inclusive practices across the Lincoln College Group, with a focus on learners with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds.

You will collaborate with curriculum and support teams to develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices that enhance learner outcomes, while teaching 6-8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area and modelling trauma-informed, adaptive approaches.

Qualifications

• This role requires adaptive teaching approaches and a trauma-informed mindset.
• Experience applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to curricula.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum and support teams.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Learning & Teaching Advanced Practitioner for Inclusion!

This key role will help foster inclusive practices across the Lincoln College Group, ensuring all learners, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and from disadvantaged backgrounds, can succeed.

You’ll collaborate with curriculum and support teams to develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices that enhance learner outcomes. We seek a candidate skilled in adaptive teaching, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and trauma-informed practices, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

In this role, you will evaluate inclusive practices and lead initiatives to improve behavior, attendance, and learner wellbeing. Additionally, you’ll teach 6-8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area, modeling effective practices that support learner success.
