Job summary

Lincoln Christ's Hospital School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support a diverse student group across the school campus. The role focuses on implementing work programmes with individuals/groups under guidance of teaching and SEN staff, contributing to inclusive practice and safe student supervision.

The successful candidate will be empathetic, well organised and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, working both independently and as part of a team.
