Job summary

Lincoln College is seeking a Learning & Teaching Advanced Practitioner for Inclusion to foster inclusive practices across the Lincoln College Group, with a focus on learners with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds.

You will collaborate with curriculum and support teams to develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices that enhance learner outcomes, while teaching 6-8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area and modelling trauma-informed, adaptive approaches.

Qualifications

• This role requires adaptive teaching approaches and a trauma-informed mindset.
• Experience applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to curricula.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to develop inclusive teaching and assessment practices.
• Evaluate inclusive practices and lead initiatives to improve behaviour, attendance and learner wellbeing.
• Teach 6-8 hours per week in the CATCH (NEET) curriculum area, modelling effective practice.
