Job summary

Operose Health, delivering local primary care at scale in Leeds, is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join The Practice Lincoln Green. The role is permanent part-time (28 hours per week) with a salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

The post supports development opportunities, CPD, and a pathway toward non-medical prescriber status. Multisite collaboration and ongoing professional growth are encouraged within an at-scale NHS

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice working toward non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner preferred or accreditation toward ACP status.

Responsibilities

• Provide care from history taking to diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care in general practice.
• Collaborate with the practice team and provide nurse leadership as required.
