Job summary

Operose Health is inviting applications for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at The Practice Northumberland Avenue. The post offers a permanent, full-time contract, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

You will be integral in delivering high-quality primary care at scale, with opportunities for development, CPD, and a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice and working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Experience in a Primary Care setting is required.
• Minor injury and illness qualification is essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner or ACP status is preferred or may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients from history taking through clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care within general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support policy and procedures, providing nurse leadership as required.
