Job summary

Xact Placements Limited in Mitcham, London (On-site) is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP. You will deliver hands-on technical support while coordinating team workloads and service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2nd/3rd line MSP experience, strong Microsoft 365/Windows knowledge, and basic networking. FortiGate and MDM exposure are desirable; PowerBI knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking.
• Exposure to firewalls (FortiGate desirable) and MDM solutions.
• O365 conditional access and SharePoint setup.
• PowerBI knowledge advantageous.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support across Microsoft, cloud, and network environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management solutions.
• Assist with cloud administration, updates, and system improvements.
• Coordinate workloads across engineers and support day-to-day service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
