Sir George Monoux College is seeking an organised Admissions Officer to provide welcoming, efficient support to prospective students and families. You will guide applicants from enquiry to enrolment, work with teaching and support teams, and help applicants understand the process while maintaining accurate records.

You will handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person, coordinate admissions interviews and communications, and produce reports on applications and enrolment.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, student services or educational setting desirable.
• Commitment to fairness, inclusion and supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, check information and follow up missing documents.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective students, parents, carers and schools by telephone, email and in person.
• Coordinate admissions interviews, appointments and applicant communications.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and prepare reports on applications and enrolment.
• Support open events and enrolment activities while handling personal information confidentially.
