Solent University is seeking an Admissions & Enrolment Officer to join the busy Admissions & Enrolment Team. The role supports students from initial enquiry through to enrolment and involves processing applications and handling enquiries via phone, email, chat and in person.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing applications
• Answering telephone, email and in-person enquiries
• Providing accurate and timely information to applicants
• Working with colleagues across the University and external partners to deliver a welcoming and efficient service
