Tower House is a 24-hour supported housing service based in Chester. We support people experiencing mental health difficulties to manage their accommodation and work towards independent living and greater involvement in their local community.
We're looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join our team at Tower House on a part-time basis.
Working closely with the Service Manager and wider team, you'll play an important role in keeping the service running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and financial support.
This is a varied role covering everything from maintaining financial records, processing invoices and managing client funds to responding to enquiries, maintaining service records, coordinating meetings and supporting the day-to-day administration of the service.
You'll have contact with colleagues, residents, prospective residents and external agencies, so you'll need to be approachable, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
