Waythrough is seeking a Support Coordinator to provide high-quality, person-centred floating support and housing management to adults with multiple disadvantages across the Bradford District. You will empower people to sustain accommodation and improve wellbeing in home and community settings.
The role requires working evenings/weekends as needed, with a focus on safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration to reduce homelessness and promote independence.
Location: 11-12 Eldon Place, Bradford, BD1 3AZ
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with evening and weekend work included when required
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,877.80 - £34,240.03 per annum

To provide high-quality, person-centred floating support and housing management to adults with multiple disadvantage across the Bradford District. Working alongside individuals in their own homes and within the community, the role will empower people to sustain their accommodation, improve their wellbeing, build independence and reduce the risk of homelessness through person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed and outcome-focused support.
