Waythrough is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a supported housing service, ensuring safe, effective and recovery-focused support. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of staff and volunteers, and build strong relationships with external agencies to support residents toward independent living.
The role requires experience in managing referrals, developing pathways, and maintaining high-quality service delivery, with a focus on tenancy sustainment and recovery principles.

Salary: £31,030.00 - £41,980.00 per annum

This is a service management and team leadership role within Waythrough's supported housing services. You would oversee services supporting adults experiencing mental ill health, helping them maintain their accommodation, develop independence and ultimately move on to independent living. You would be responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the service, ensuring it delivers safe, effective and recovery-focused support in line with Waythrough's policies, service models and contractual requirements.
