Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking an Administrator for Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-super-Mare. The role supports behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring a well-run, welcoming environment for residents, families and staff.

You’ll need strong admin experience, great organisation and IT skills, with duties including diary management and minute taking. There are two positions: 16 hours and 24 hours per week, with hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Admin experience, ideally in health or social care.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Availability to work 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, take messages, and warmly welcome visitors.
  • Maintain diaries and schedule appointments.
  • Communicate with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals.
  • Keep files up to date and support audits.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes to support team development.

  • up to £13.02 per hour
  • Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000)
