Selborne, supported by Capita, seeks an Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator at Worthy Down, Winchester. You will guide apprentices through inductions, progress reviews, and training delivery, focusing on Logistics (Hospitality/Catering).
Role requires SC level UK security clearance, strong communication, and IT skills; ex-military and teaching qualifications are a plus. Hybrid potential with onsite responsibilities and secure facilities.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Using your experience, you'll support and guide apprentices through their journey, ensuring high standards, coordinating key programme activities, and providing the encouragement they need to succeed. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, keep learner success at the heart of everything you do, and maintain accurate programme data to support delivery and completion. Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week
Worthy Down, Winchester
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
